Melody Flores has been dancing her whole life and specializes in Argentine Tango and Hip Hop. She is a former board member of CMDance and continues to volunteer with the organization. She works with companies that are focused on sustainability through lighting and engineering, including LED Supply Co, and PURO Lighting, an affiliate company focused on UV disinfection lighting. Melody is also an active social entrepreneur, having started The YAS Project, a nonprofit focused on connecting organizations that provide resources for the LGBTQIA homeless population. Melody earned her degree in Environmental Studies with a minor in Biology from Pace University in Manhattan, NY.
